Our bow ties slide right onto your pets collar using the elastic loops on the back of the bow tie. Simply slide the collar right through both loops as seen in the picture below or on any product page!
We recommend hand washing our bowls.
Yes, however due to their size, we recommend washing by themselves on delicate with cold water and low tumble speed.
We're glad you asked! We use a special high quality cotton blend that we like to call butter cotton. They are silky smooth yet sturdy and made to last!
Our policy is simple: If you're not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your order, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. To start your return, simply click the "Contact us" button on the bottom right corner and to let us know what you'd like to return and we will send you a shipping label.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $18. Any order under $18 pays our flat rate shipping fee of $4.99.
All orders placed by 3:00 PM est Monday-Friday ship same day. All orders are shipped out of Florida via USPS. Shipping times vary based on location but typcially take 1-5 business days. Unfortunately, we can't control any shipping delays that may occur with the post office.
